I know how an extra 25 kilograms of unwanted weight can affect you – physically, mentally, and emotionally – and I also know what it takes to shed it, because I’ve been there. I’ve had two awesome children and gained a significant amount of weight during both pregnancies!

Being a fitness professional, fitness studio owner and Champion Figure Competitor, I have learned that there is no real secret to dieting or training. The only thing that makes a lasting difference is your mindset.
