This self hypnosis is intended to encourage you to enjoy exercise in a different way. It uses visualisation and incorporates all the senses in a relaxation exercise designed to re-program the unconscious mind to regard exercise and moving the body as a natural, enjoyable part of everyday life.
It deliberately removes the concept of an “end goal” and focuses instead on enabling you to see that the journey is the important part. This will begin to implant the suggestion that exercise is not separate from the process of living a healthy lifestyle and removes the idea that exercise is a necessary chore and an activity to enjoy.
